Note: Although we do not believe that there is a god, this article is published because of its relevance to Islam-watch.
A careful study of the Quran and Muhammad’s life will reveal to any objective-minded person that Muhammad never talked to a supernatural deity or received revelation from such an entity. Muhammad invented Allah and turned him into a criminal god to give political power to himself and utilize his made-up teachings, allegedly received from a fictional Allah, as a religious and legal justification for his criminality. Allah existed only in Muhammad's imagination. Muhammad and Allah were the same—two in one.
- Sanctioned by Allah, Muhammad practiced deceit, torture, murder, assassination, massacre, genocide, pillage, robbery, enslavement and rape as halal (legal) acts, deserving of paradise, as long as they were perpetrated on the infidels. These evil, immoral teachings became the eternal laws of Allah.
Islam is not a religion but a dangerous politico-military ideology—intended for conquering the world for imaginary Allah. The Koran is a declaration of open-ended war against the infidels. This war is permanent until all infidels have converted to Islam, or reduced to dhimmitude (institutionalized discrimination akin to slavery status), murdered or enslaved—a cold-hard reality for the hear-no-evil, see-no-evil, do-nothing-about-evil naive infidels.
To Muslims, Quran is a divine law-book for all times. Muslims cannot question or doubt the allegedly uncreated words of God contained in there Quran. Quranic teachings, the words of Allah, are immutable and stand valid for all times. Therefore, all teachings and sanction of the Quran must ideally be followed by Muslims at all walked to life until the end of the world.
The fact that the Quran cannot be the words of an omnipotent God can be conclusively proven by exposing the many inconsistencies/contradictions that exist in the Quranic teachings. The Koran can also be unraveled by examining its ethical standard to arrive at the decision whether it is befitting of a God of moral perfection.
Is Allah a God of Moral Perfection?
If Allah is the supreme creator of the universe, He/She should attain the highest moral perfection—a goal all sane human beings strive to attain. Allah should be all for pure love, mercy, peace and goodness to all his creatures. God must hold all his/her creatures to equal esteem. He cannot be an immoral, irrational, violent evil being. If any teachings of the Quran fail to stand this ethical standard, its author, Allah, cannot be the God.
God is a non-religious being. For God, there exists no concept of believers or non–believers, no chosen people. God is God for ALL MANKIND. There is no such thing as one and only true religion. Belief in a religion does not make you a superior human being or give you any special privileges over other humans. God never gives you right to enslave, discriminate against, kill, terrorize, rape and loot the people of other faith or the faithless. Such teachings cannot be from God.
Preaching violence against other human beings, committing acts of extermination, genocide, murder, hate, violence, terror, brutality against people of different beliefs in the name, and for the greater glory, of God is unacceptable to an omnipotent God.
God is not a racist, sexist.
God has created all human beings—men and woman, Muslim or non-Muslim, black or white—as equal. God is not a sexist, racist, male chauvinist. Men and women are equal in God’s eyes. Women are created inferior to men to be the chattel or slaves of men. Women must have full rights and freedom as do men in God’s ideal society.
In God’s society, each and very man—regardless of race of faith—will be complete, free citizens without submission or servitude to another man, whosoever. No man is the property of another man; God is not a slaver.
EXAMINATION OF THE TEACHINGS OF THE KORAN
Having thus made sense of what an omnipotent creator, if he/she exists, would be and what kind of society he would want to establish, let us now examine the teachings of the Quran—the words of the Muslim God, Allah.
THE VERSE OF THE SWORD: KORAN 9:5
Following are three most accepted translations of verse 9:5:
YUSUFALI: But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, an seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war); but if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practise regular charity, then open the way for them: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.
PICKTHAL: Then, when the sacred months have passed, slay the idolaters wherever ye find them, and take them (captive), and besiege them, and prepare for them each ambush. But if they repent and establish worship and pay the poor-due, then leave their way free. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
SHAKIR: So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
Context: Verse 9.5 is among the last teachings of Muhammad (not Allah). This teaching was created as rumors swept Arabia that a large army from the Byzantine Empire had massed in Northern Arabia. Being one of the last teachings, this verse abrogates or abolishes from the Koran 124 earlier teachings of peace, including the famous 2:256 – ‘Let there be no compulsion in religion.’
Teaching: You can hear Muhammad and Allah yell at their followers—the Muslims: “Slay the Idolaters,” if they don’t convert to Islam and perform all Islamic obligation. Muhammad and his overlord, Allah, instruct Muslims to wage wars against the idolaters, “besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush.” When they come within Muslims reach and power, slay them.
This, claimed Muhammad, is the teaching of Allah, who should all for peace and love for his creatures—irrespective of Idolaters, Muslims or Jews. Even Hitler did not instruct his followers to exterminate the Jews so completely in such open instruction to slay them. God, the all powerful and compassionate, never need to use violence to bring a deviant creature of his own to the right path. If he/she just wishes it in his/her mind, all mankind come to the right path. How can God give such an opened-ended and unconditional order to Muslims for killing a section of the humanity, whom God has created and nurtured with love? An all-perfect, all-knowing God will not create his creatures in the first place, if he/she has to kill them in such barbaric manners. Obviously, such teaching cannot come from a God. Undoubtedly, Muhammad himself gave these instructions to his followers in the name of God in order to succeed his personal design.
When Muhammad spoke, he was speaking the word of God, the laws of God that had to be obeyed without question. He who obeys the Messenger obeys Allah, says Koran 4:80. How could the word of God be challenged? By morphing himself into Allah and His messenger, Muhammad set up the perfect totalitarian system, whereby his rule could not be challenged.
Teaching of Verse 9:5 is immoral and most unacceptable even if it comes from a mortal, fallible human being. There are close to 1000 verses in the Quran that are filled with exhortations to murder, hate and do evil. This proves beyond doubt that the Koran and Islam are totally fraudulent.
VERSE 9:29 PEOPLE OF THE BOOK (i.e. Jews and Christian)
YUSUFALI: Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.
PICKTHAL: Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, and forbid not that which Allah hath forbidden by His messenger, and follow not the Religion of Truth, until they pay the tribute readily, being brought low.
SHAKIR: Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Messenger have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.
Here, Allah orders Muslims to attack and kill the so-called 'people of the book’ (i.e. Jews and Christians)', until they are defeated and submitted to the supremacy of Islam and in willing humiliation, pay Jiziyah tax to Muslims. Verses 9:29 and 9:5—revealed during the final days of Muhammad’s life—are the two most important and finalized teachings of the Koran. They are Allah’s declaration of permanent war against Jews and Christians until are murdered, converted or pay the Jizya tax in humiliation. This is barbarism is obviously not fitting of a perfect creator. The true God, having endowed the humankind with intelligence, will let his/her creatures follow there own free will to do good or evil. If at all, God would want all human beings to come to his/her path on their own free will. The thought of extracting taxes—that too, through such brutality—from a section of his/her creatures would never cross God’s mind.
In his own words, Allah is a barbaric exterminator of his own creatures, a tax-collecting overlord. Extraction of Jiziyah is obviously designed for the Muslims to enjoy a good life on the labour and sweat of the dhimmis. Obviously such actions and attitudes are not befitting of an omnipotent God of moral perfection and pure love for all—regardless of race, religion or creed. These verses can come only from a vilest of human being, worse than even Hitler.
VERSE 4:89 of Apostasy
YUSUFALI: They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks;-
PICKTHAL: They long that ye should disbelieve even as they disbelieve, that ye may be upon a level (with them). So choose not friends from them till they forsake their homes in the way of Allah; if they turn back (to enmity) then take them and kill them wherever ye find them, and choose no friend nor helper from among them,
SHAKIR: They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah's way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.
Here again, God orders killing of those, who leave Islam for another faith or belief. How could the creator of the universe so merciless, vengeful to his own creations. No father, at least in the civilized world, kills his sons/daughters for their failure to do or be what he wants them to. A true God obviously cannot order murder of any human beings for whatsoever reason. He would instead try to salvage every life he has created with love. He will try to guide, not order to kill, any person for whatsoever reason. He/she obviously has the supreme power and can guide the deviant ones among his/her creatures just by wishing so. This teaching can only be befitting of the vilest of human beings, abundant in Islamic societies—who engage is honor-killings of their sons and daughters for deviating from their wishes.
VERSE 5:33 of Barbaric Cruelty
YUSUFALI: The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter;
PICKTHAL: The only reward of those who make war upon Allah and His messenger and strive after corruption in the land will be that they will be killed or crucified, or have their hands and feet on alternate sides cut off, or will be expelled out of the land. Such will be their degradation in the world, and in the Hereafter theirs will be an awful doom;
SHAKIR: The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement.
Can one comprehend that God would order his creatures to be “murdered, killed, crucified, executed, hands and feet cut off from alternate sides.” Such horrifying tortures of barbaric nature are unacceptable even in the manmade civilized society of our time. How could a God of compassion, love and mercy render such punishment to his/her own creatures? How could one accept such penal codes as the eternal laws of the human society? It is needless to emphasize that such laws cannot come down from the supreme creator.
There are many other verses in the Quran exhorting similar punishment of people for no crime at all or for negligible offences. For example,
- Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them." [Quran 8:12]
- Therefore, when ye meet the Unbelievers (in fight), smite at their necks; At length, when ye have thoroughly subdued them, bind a bond firmly (on them): thereafter (is the time for) either generosity or ransom: Until the war lays down its burdens. Thus (are ye commanded): but if it had been Allah's Will, He could certainly have exacted retribution from them (Himself); but (He lets you fight) in order to test you, some with others. But those who are slain in the Way of Allah,- He will never let their deeds be lost. [Quran 47:4]
Needless to say that such punishments did not come down from a deity in heaven, if it exists at all.
Islam’s most diabolical, evil teachings
Muslims passport to Paradise: Islam’s Paradise is filled whorish virgins with voluptuous breasts and lustrous eyes. Muslims, blessed with an access to Paradise, will have 72 such virgins to engage in incessant copulation. And Muslim’s surest way of getting a passport to Paradise, says Allah, is to get slain while trying to kill the infidels:
VERSE 9:111—Muslim's passport to Paradise
YUSUFALI: Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur'an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? then rejoice in the bargain which ye have concluded: that is the achievement supreme.
PICKTHAL: Lo! Allah hath bought from the believers their lives and their wealth because the Garden will be theirs: they shall fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain. It is a promise which is binding on Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur'an. Who fulfilleth His covenant better than Allah? Rejoice then in your bargain that ye have made, for that is the supreme triumph.
SHAKIR: Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah's way, so they slay and are slain; a promise which is binding on Him in the Taurat and the Injeel and the Quran; and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? Rejoice therefore in the pledge which you have made; and that is the mighty achievement.
Here is how the Paradise of Allah looks like:
"As for the righteous (Muslims)... We (Allah) shall wed them to beautiful virgins with lustrous eyes" [Q 44:51-54]
The righteous (Muslims) they shall triumph... Theirs shall be voluptuous women." [Q 78:31-33].
Other verses in the Qur'an—such as 37:40-48, 44:51-55, 52:17-20, 55:56-58, 70-77, 56:7-40 and 78:31—describe the Paradise to be an alluring whorehouse. Additionally, never-molested (virgin) young boys like pearls will be available in abundance in the Muslim paradise (Surat 52:24, 56:17, and 76:19) for the blessed Muslim men to engage in sodomy. For Muhammad—who was a master of indulging in carnal pleasures with a dozen wives and at least two concubines in his harem—would obviously suit such a depraved whorehouse in the afterlife. Allah, in pliant servitude, provided what Muhammad wanted.
The verse 9:111 is the most evil, depraved, diabolical, immoral teaching of Islam. It means Muslims who die while trying to murder the infidels as discussed above will have the blessed luck of gaining martyrdom and have a strait landing in Paradise for engaging in the lewd, depraved endless copulation with eternal virgins of exquisite beauty.
Playboy, Penthouse and Hustler would make better holy books than the Koran in that the former do not incite murder of any persons whatsoever.
In the laws of Allah as discussed above, infidels are not human beings to Muslims. They have no right to life, who must be killed by Muslims in Allah’s cause [Jihad] for gaining Paradise. For Muslims, it is a holy religious duty. In the holy wars of Allah, Muslims must kill all infidel men who have grown pubic hair. The women and children will be enslaved and sold as Prophet Muhammad did with the Jews of Banu Quraiza.
This obviously is barbaric insanity. Islam’s God is a depraved, deranged psychopath. He is commander of mass-murder, rape, enslavement and plunder. His inhuman teachings have inspired the slaughter of an estimated 270,000,000 infidels, over the last 1400 years, by Muslims in their aim to fulfill the teaching of Quran 9:111 for gaining a place in his whorehouse Paradise. Muslim Jihadists did the same on 9/11 ramming the twin towers in New York City slaughtering 2973 people.
The teachings of mass-murder of innocent infidel men and women, their whole-sale enslavement, plundering and confiscating their wealth and properties and rewarding the blessed believers with a place in a Paradise of depraved sexual orgy are not befitting of a God of moral perfection—a God of pure love, mercy and nonviolence. In reality, such a God does not exist.
The teaching of Allah only represents Muhammad barbarous personality. Allah was a creation in Muhammad’s imagination in his own image. Allah of Quran simply represented Muhammad’s own characteristics, personality, desires and ambitions.
In sum, Allah of the Quran represents anything but the ideals of a supreme creator of moral perfection. Allah was no God, period!

The Black stone was sent by Allah to Prophet Abraham, who constructed the Kaaba for the worship of One True God of The Worlds. The Black stone was sent down to earth from Heaven, to indicate the place in which the Kaaba to be constructed by Abraham and his first son Ismail. To Santiago Matamoros, Allah does not mean simply 'the deity' in Arabic, Ilah means deity. Allah is the name of a deity chosen by Mohammad as his supreme God. If Allah simply means the deity in arabic as muslims want to claim then what is the meaning of islamic Shahada? it says La Ilah Illa Allah, if Allah means Deity it would mean "There is no deity except deity" or "there is no god except god"- does it make any sense? if shahada says "There is no God except Allah" it makes better sense. So Allah is not the deity it is the name of a deity among many others. Why Muhammad choose this name, thats another matter. Arab jews or Christians call their god Allah probably due to the dhimmitude of 1400 years in Arabia as in the subcontinent , many muslims call Allah as "Khoda" may be due to Persian influence on them. This is totally different issue, so non muslims of arabia calls their deity Allah for some reason does not make Allah a true deity. Allah still remains as a rock pile inside Kaba along with other 359 minor rocks and needs a muhammad to convert and promote him as judeo-chiristian equivalent god.

The katholik church regards Allah as equal to god. Evangelical churches often do not agree, because they think that Allah is still the pagan god of the Arabs. However, arab-speaking jews as well as christians, mandaeans and whatsoever call god "Allah".

Principles cannot be called principles if they cahnge for every situation. Because the meccans rejected muhameds teaching initially he resorted to robbing their caravans and waging war on them to convert them to islam. Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Allah will give shade, to seven, on the Day when there will be no shade but His. This essay by Larry Houle has generated some very long responses, but the commenters have missed the point. While Houle was making a theological argument about the nature and character of God vs. Allah, the long comments addressed the linguistic derivation of the name Allah, the 99 Names of Allah, and the perfection of the Quran. The NAME of ones God is not as important as WHO that God really is. As Shakespeare wrote, "What's in a name? that which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet." And evil by any name is still evil. What Mr. Houle was demonstrating is that the God of Islam does not measure up to the expectations of a Supreme Creator who would need to be consistently moral, rational, and benevolent. The Quran says the God of Islam is a schemer or plotter, the supreme Plotter. (Surah 3:54) If the Quran is the verbal word of the God of Islam, then this God instructs believers to commit acts which are crimes in most civilized countries: wife-beating (Surah 4:34), rape of captives (33:50), severing limbs of petty criminals (5:38), discrimination against women and non-believers (4:11, 2:282,9:29), perpetual warfare against non-believers (9:123), and sex with children (implied by 65:1-4). Would the Creator of all Humanity advocate such evil treatment of a major part of his creation? No way. Muslims continually try to gain membership in the "Abrahamic faith" club, but they have no suitable credentials. Being monotheistic is of no value if the "One God" they worship is the wrong god. Their only connection to Abraham is through Ishmael, Abraham's illegitimate son born of the Egyptian concubine Haggar. Not even in Islamic countries would an illegitimate son receive any inheritance from the father. The fate of Ishmael was set long before Muhammad came on the scene. Answer In reply to a similar allegation put forward by the pagans of Makkah, that the prophet (pbuh) received the revelations from Satan, the following verses were revealed: Surah Waqiah, chapter 56 verses 77-80 "That this is indeed A Qur’an most honourable, In a Book well-guarded, Which none shall touch But those who are clean: A Revelation from the Lord Of the Worlds." They think that satan can probably do everything, except a couple of things that God can do. According to them, satan is slightly below God in power. Since the people do not want to accept that the Qur’an is a miraculous revelation, they say that it is satan’s handiwork. If satan would have written the Qur’an, he would not have mentioned in the same Qur’an in Surah Nahl, chapter 16 verse no. 98 "When thou does read The Qur’an, seek Allah’s protection from Satan the Rejected One." Is this how you feel satan would write a book? Does he tell you; "Before you read my book ask God to save you from me?" There are several verses in the Qur’an which will give enough evidence that satan is not the author of the Qur’an. In Surah Al Aaraf chapter 7 verse 200 "If a suggestion from Satan assail your (mind), seek refuge with Allah; for He hears and knows (all things). Why would satan tell his followers, that whenever he gives any suggestions to them, they should seek refuge in Allah (swt) to whom he is an avowed enemy. In Surah Baqarah, chapter 2 verse 168 "O ye people! Eat of what is on earth, lawful and good; and do not follow the footsteps of the Evil one, For he is to you an avowed enemy." In Surah Yasin, chapter 36 verse 60 "Did I not enjoin on you, O ye children of Adam, that ye should not worship Satan; for that he was to you an enemy avowed?" Satan is intelligent, no wonder that he can put this idea into the minds of people that he himself wrote the Qur’an. Compared to Almighty God, Satan is insignificant, and Allah (swt) is far more intelligent. He knows satan’s evil intentions and hence no wonder that He has given the reader of the Qur’an several proofs to show that Qur’an is God’s word, and not satan’s word. The Bible mentions in the Gospel of Mark, chapter 3, verses 24-26 "And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand." We could live in peace Muslims and infidels in this world if: 1) You renounce your Islamic doctrine of forced conversion to infidels. 2) Allow infidels freedom of expression to question or criticize Islam or Mohammad in the same manner that you Muslims can criticize other religions. 3) Allow infidels to build their churches in Islamic lands. 4) Allow Muslims to renounce their faith without fear of the penalty of death. If Islamic religious or political authorities implement those measures these world will be a better place to live in. Peace be with you!

Please note that Islam or muslims never force anybody to accept Islam. A Muslim is called as a Muslim only when he recites "La ilaha illallah Mohammadur Rasulullah" which means I believe in only one God Allah and prophet mohammad as prophet and messenger of Allah. This has to be recited with your will and by heart and not forcibly! Second thing, please note it is a duty of every person to teach the other the right or the true way of living life, we are just giving you an oppurtunity to know or gain some knowledge, everyone has brains so you can think but it is our duty to make you aware of the truth ignorance can only lead to evil as "The only good is knowledge and the only evil is ignorance". Thirdly, construction of churches in Islamic countries is decided by the government of that country I or you cannot comment on this as it is non of my business I dont want to comment on any political matter as the subject is about Islam! And at last I think Muslims are all very lucky because they are by birth Muslims and if a Muslims wants to renounce Islam I can only comment "You are very very unclucky and blind and I seriously pity you" There are so many christians or hindus converting to Islam and they are very lucky compare to you as they can read understand and accept the truth and are not blindly doing idol worship! We invite you all non-muslims to have a live debate with good Muslims who are first following Islam correctly and then comment all rubbish which is been posted here as it is not true at all!
